Devotion
When Jesus called His disciples to follow Him, He didn’t just invite them to observe His teachings — He invited them to participate in His mission. As followers of Christ, we are also called to respond to His invitation and follow Him wholeheartedly. This means more than just going to church or reading the Bible; it means living out His teachings and sharing His love with the world. Jesus’ call is not just a one-time decision but a daily choice. Every day, we are presented with opportunities to obey His voice, whether it’s in the way we love others, serve our community, or stand up for justice. Obedience to Jesus’ call may not always be easy, but it is always rewarding. Just as He called His disciples to become "fishers of men," He is calling us to be His witnesses in a broken world. Prayer
Lord, thank You for calling us to follow You. Help us to be faithful and obedient to Your voice, no matter where You lead us. Give us the courage to step out in faith and to share Your love with those around us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
